Laurence P. Banville is the Managing Partner of Banville Law, a New York personal injury firm with a Washington, D.C. practice, and has practiced law since 2009. Why two reviewers on every page
Birth injury content sits at the intersection of medicine and law, and getting either wrong hurts families. Both attorneys review every page before it is published: the medical explanations must match the cited primary sources (ACOG, AAP, NIH, peer-reviewed journals), and the legal statements must be accurate for the states where each attorney is licensed. One thing you will not see us do is blur the licensure lines. Laurence is licensed in New York and Washington, D.C.; Max is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
