Why there are no reviews here yet
This page will hold verified reviews from real clients of Banville Law and The Weitz Firm, LLC, and we are collecting them now. Before a review appears here, we confirm the person was actually a client and that they want their words published. That takes longer than pasting five-star quotes next to stock photos, which is exactly why we do it.
Fabricated testimonials are common on legal websites aimed at injured families. They are also a violation of everything this site stands for, and of the advertising rules attorneys practice under. Our editorial policy is blunt about it: no invented reviews, no invented names, no borrowed praise. An empty page is better than a misleading one.
Are you a past client?
If Banville Law or The Weitz Firm represented you or your family, your experience, good or critical, would help other parents deciding whom to trust with their child’s case. We will confirm your review with you before anything is published, and we will never publish your name or story without your permission.
Worked with either of our firms? We would be grateful if you shared your experience. It will be verified with you before a word of it is published.
How to judge us in the meantime
Until verified reviews are published, we suggest judging us the way we would tell any parent to judge any firm: by checkable facts rather than testimonials. Both of our reviewing attorneys practice under public bar IDs you can verify with the licensing authorities: Laurence P. Banville, Esq. (New York ID 4725149; Washington, D.C. ID 1033393) and Max Morgan, Esq. (Pennsylvania ID 316096; New Jersey ID 062552013). You can read who we are, how the two-firm alliance works, and what we refuse to do on our about page, and hold us to it.
